Shelter 1: Large gated shelter on the east side of the park near the intersections of
Locust Street, Fairmount Boulevard, and Bowling Green Drive.

(RCARA will operate for 24 hours)

We had three operating stations working multiple bands.  Our original site plan allowed for 4 operators with the antennas spaced to reduce crosstalk.
